Daniella Lockhart

Daniella Lockhart is a Senior Learning and Organizational Development Consultant at Applied Learning Science, a boutique consulting firm that implements practical, high impact workforce and organizational development solutions that are rooted in science, and inclusively designed.

Daniella’s personal observations of prejudice, pursuit of truth, and passion for justice have fueled her determination to learn and integrate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion principles into the workplace. To advance this mission, she has conducted research on gender discrimination in leadership, contributed to the creation of an Antiracist Fact Sheet for Industrial Organizational Psychology practitioners, and engaged in specialized trainings that focus on intersectional issues like Anti-Blackness in the Latine Community.

Daniella is on a never-ending journey of personal and professional growth. She hopes to be part of the future collective of people that pushes organizations to become more equitable, inclusive, and meaningful.
