For years, my career was dedicated to coaching activists and emerging professionals in navigating job searches and professional development. The same problem always came up, though: I can coach you on how to navigate the power structures and biased systems of the world, but they're still there. Now, I'm using my skills in learning and development, culture change, and organizational development to change the systems, not just the individuals.

I see diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in everything, from pay scales to interview practices to performance reviews, and get excited about working with both employees and managers to create structures for safer workplaces.
