My Story
Passionate, Go-getter, Expert to-do list finisher, and an advocate—those are a few words that
describe Jazsaii Danner.
Born and raised in North, Long Beach, CA Jazsaii takes pride in where she’s from. As a sports
fan and fashionista since childhood Jazsaii has become resilient, results-driven, and expressive
at heart. Allowing her to champion the success of the next generation. Jazsaii is an alumna of
Califonia State University, Long Beach where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business
and Operations Supply Chain Management. Where she is now volunteering to mentor and
support juniors and senior students via the College of Business and Student Life and
Development departments. Jazsaii also volunteers with Project Optimism, Inc. mentoring youth
in middle school and doing social media marketing. She knew the marketing and advertising
world was for her when she found the ability to challenge herself to mix business with creativity
and turn creative chaos into winning results.
Jazsaii is a 2021 4A’s MAIP alum,Tedx speaker, Associate Account, and Project Manager at
Digitas. She partners with cross-functional teams to proactively allocate resources and plan
sprints for the Bank of America account. In addition to her core responsibilities, Jazsaii is also
the West Coast Lead for Digitas’ Business Resource Group Onyx which supports builds
community, and creates programming and safe spaces for Black talent.
Most of all she is an advocate with a purpose to serve, sponsor and bridge gaps all to create
access to new, and exciting careers and opportunities for underrepresented communities,
students, and young professionals inspiring them to pursue careers in marketing and Advertising.
Beyond her professional and community involvement, Jazsaii enjoys being behind the lens
building her sports media company, enjoying the latest new music releases, and trying her best
to secure a pair of shoes on the infamous sneakers app. Looking ahead, she is committed to
advocating for increased minority representation in marketing and advertising.
